peace— PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE

The Peace Package is for the bride who desire to have full engagement with the vendors but may not have the resources or know how to put all the parts together for their big day. This package allows the bride to plan majority of the wedding with assistance from us.

This Package includes everything that is offered in the month-of / Joy Package and more. With this package, you'll receive multiple planning sessions that can start months prior to your special day.

Includes everything in the Joy Package, PLUS:

Before the wedding:
• Unlimited phone and e-mail communication during the three months leading up to your wedding
• Pre-wedding organization
• Create a thorough wedding timeline with the bride and groom
• Create an itemized list with the bride and groom (list of things to be accounted for by everyone, bride groom, Joyfully Co., etc)
• Ensure copies of all vendor contracts are accounted for and signed
• Create list of “yet-to-dos” for the bride and groom
• Assist with seating charts, timelines for family and bridal party, and other planning documents
• Rehearsal coordination in cooperation with officiant
• Assist with rehearsal as needed
• Liability insurance to cover any incidentals, so you can relax on your Big Day!

On the day of your wedding:

• Day- of Coordination- JOY PACKAGE
• Ensure bridal party knows where they need to be and when on wedding day
• Up to 2 Assistant coordinators (May need more assistants depending on the event – extra charge)

15% discounted rates on in-house rentals
